Hello! My name is Nate. I'm 21 years old, and I'm a student at Utah State University studying biological engineering. If you’ve ever called in to ask a question or to order a product, chances are I'm the one who got to help you. I’ve been with the company for a about a year now, and I’ve loved it. I work with wonderful people.

Updates to the Website

I’ve had the opportunity to participate in many aspects of this business, from shipping to customer service to web development. Over the last month or two, with the help of our brilliant developer Atul, I’ve been putting a lot of work into streamlining our website. Thank you for the suggestions and help so many of you have offered up. Though there is still plenty to do, I’m happy to say that among the changes have been updates to the shop, video gallery, style of the home page, payment methods, how the menus look, and even this blog.

My goal is to make your experience with us a piece of cake. I want you to be able to open up the site, find exactly what you need, order it, and get on with your life.

New Technology

There are a lot of exciting things happening at Millennial Medical right now. We’re expanding the business, developing new products, and improving old ones. Our interactions with customers like you every day help us to know exactly what we need to do. It's great hearing about the people who use our products. We have an extremely diverse group of customers - rocket scientists, professional athletes, high schoolers, movie directors, business people, the list of people on our crutches goes on and on.

In the next year we look forward to release updates on the way our springs and handles work. You can look forward to even more dependability and stability while using our products. We’re working really hard to ensure our products are the best value on the market.

Stories

I’m pleased to announce a new feature on our site! It will allow us to easily accept stories from our customers. Often times, people want to share their stories with us, but the process of getting their story can be awkward. We love hearing about who our customers are, and it really helps us a lot. Check it out here.

Mobility Movement

I’m proud to say that the mobility movement is going strong. In a nutshell, every time someone purchases an In-Motion Crutch, they have the option to donate a crutch to the Crutches 4 Africa organization. We’ve been able to ship a TON of crutches to our partner, Crutches 4 Africa. It’s great that you’ve worked with us on getting those out to the people who need them. If you still haven’t read or heard about the movement, visit the page!

One leader from Uganda wrote to Crutches 4 Africa, expressing their gratitude for the crutches in the most recent shipment:

Just returned from our distribution trip in Uganda and received this note of thanks from someone we recently helped.

Hello Mr. Talbot this is A.C.R. from Gulu Uganda. On Behalf of persons with disabilities in Gulu district thank you very much for supporting us with the crutches. Please convey our appreciation to Crutches 4 Africa.

Convey our greetings to your colleagues, wife and other family members. We hope to see you again.

I wish you God's blessings and good health in your work.

Thanks,
C

To each of you who has helped by donating a crutch, thank you very much. It makes all the difference to a person who hasn't been able to perform the most basic life functions because they can't get around. You can find out how to get involved at MillennialMedical.com/mobility-movement, or Crutches4Africa.org.
