Please contact Millennial Medical or your authorized dealer for any warranty concern at [email protected] or 435-752-0743. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged product.  Information needs to be submitted within a reasonable time-frame (one week) of the incident or failure in regards to our products.

Limited 1 Year Warranty

This product carries a one year limited warranty to be free from manufacturer’s defects, on all parts.  Excluded from the 1 year warranty are the Sure Foot articulating crutch tips.  Crutch tips are considered a consumable and will wear out after use.  The crutch tips come with a 60 day warranty, free from manufacturer’s defects.  Any defective part will be replaced or repaired at Millennial Medical’s option.   All claims must be verified by photograph documentation and proof of purchase through [email protected].   This warranty does not include shipping costs of the replacement part at Millennial Medicals option.  This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser or registered user/owner of the crutch.   This warranty does not cover negligence, abuse, or misuse.  Millennial Medical shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.


Properly assemble crutch according to Millennial Medical’s instructions.  Consult a medical professional for proper fitting and use.  Follow all fitting instructions and do not attempt to modify crutch in any way from it’s original design.   Before each use, ensure all bolts, hardware buttons and other fittings are tight and properly fitted.  If any part of the crutch becomes loose or unstable, discontinue use immediately.  Crutches are not intended for icy, wet, or slippery surfaces, or going up or down stairs, which may result in injury.  Examine crutch frequently and replace all worn parts. If any part of the crutch does not operate properly discontinue use immediately.   Contact Millennial Medical for replacement parts or with any concerns regarding the crutches. 


All Returns must be authorized by customer service. We offer a 30 day (no questions asked) return policy if you ordered direct from our website or one of our employees. If you are outside of the 30 day window, contact customer service to see what we can do for you. If you need to return a product, contact us at [email protected] or 435-752-0743 to get a return authorization number & shipping instructions. If you return a product without a return authorization number, we cannot guarantee your money back. There may be a restocking fee.

All returns are to be shipped to 825 Industrial Rd., St. George, UT 84770. Make sure to put the return authorization number (MA1234) in the attention section of the shipping label, or on the outside of the box.
