I love these crutches. I am post polio and began walking on these crutches nearly 20 years ago. The ergonomically correct hand grips, the soft covering other harps and the shock absorbers on the bottom are all beneficial to my arms. Love them.

Second pair, nice updates This is the second pair of these that I’ve purchased, the first pair purchased in 2011. I’m not easy on crutches, so it was time to replace them. The revised handles and spring assemblies are welcome upgrades. No clicks and rattles so far. I’m like a silent, one legged ninja with these!

  3. Debra Kendle (verified owner)

Update on previous review Thank you for reaching out and replacing squeaky crutches!

  4. Debra Kendle (verified owner)

Please make the squeak stop Great crutches but the squeak is horrible. Contacted customer service but no reply.

Love the product I love the product and have been using for quite some time. I’m sad that the price per unit has upped in value however great product.

Crutches show, knee pain goes These are great crutches, far superior to the old school ones. Funny thing, I used them for one day, and my knee pain went away. At least I’ll be ready for the next lockup.

I am reviewing the sand tips that I got to use 2 days ago at Huntington Beach Dag park. The large… These 6 toed crutch tips got an A+ on performance! They worked amazingly well in both soft deep dry sand and in wet sand. I even went out into tow tides and they even performed well under water.

Best crutches ever! These In-Motion Pro crutches are literally the best ever. I am one week into a six-week stint on crutches, and the spring motion and design is absolutely phenomenal. And they are PINK, y’all! Every little bit of joy helps while on the mend. 🙂 Kudos to the crew at Millennial Medical who went out of their way to connect on my order by phone and text as soon as it was received, talked through my needs to ensure I would get the right items, and expedited the order to have it shipped that day. Cannot say just how much that means to me for folks to go the extra mile. My crutches arrived the day before surgery and I could not be happier with them, or this company and their crew! Thank y’all so much. My pink crutches are well-loved and helping me so much during a trying time.

THE best!! I cannot say enough about how amazing these crutches are! I’ve been using them for 4 years now (cannot walk without them) and they’ve held up very well. The spring action makes them like the Cadillac of all crutches. I’ve tried all kinds of crutches over the years, but none outperform the In-Motion Pro underarm crutches. The handle took some getting used to, but now I wouldn’t want any but this type. The underarm design makes them convenient to hold under my arm (not leaning on them)if I’m standing still and need to use my hands to do something else, like signing a paper at the checkout clerk’s window. You won’t regret purchasing these!

Excellent Product, Superb Customer Service These crutches have been instrumental in helping me get around post knee surgery. They are significantly more comfortable than what was given to me at the hospital and have allowed me to keep up with my 14mo old so I don’t miss out on any memories. I knew the product would be good (was recommended by a few PT’s I talk to and I’ve seen a few football players using them) but I didn’t expect the service to stand out. I first tried to order this product through a 3rd party, and there was going to be a 2 week delay after my surgery date for me to get the crutches. So I cancelled the order—but Clint reached out to me and coordinated an expedited delivery. I was super impressed! Thanks so much to Clint and everyone at Millennial!

Great crutch My PT recommended this crutch and I really like it. Comfortable to use and collapses for stowaway on the plane

Totally Worth The Price! I have had 7 knee surgeries in the last 19 years so I have used ever crutch on the market! Traditional crutches, forearm crutches and Millennial crutches. Theses are hands down the BEST EVER. The spring action relieves the under arm pressure. The ergonomic handles provide comfortable grips. The round thin under arm profile makes using them for an extended period of time so easy. I own two pair just for color options!

  13. Chase Sessions (verified owner)

Great company with quality service! The smaller one did not work out for me so they sent me the larger size at no cost which works great! I use them every day. Their customer service is what sets this company apart. Very good experience and easy to use crutches and they do not slip like the others. It is hard to find a company you can call and talk to a person who makes it right for the customer. I will be letting others know!

Not bad but not worth the price I ordered these crutches from Australia on recommendation from my physio after a knee reconstruction. Once factoring in the currency conversion and the shipping costs they were incredibly expensive. They are light and feel sturdy and are sufficiently comfortable to use. I like the spring action, however the springs squeak which is annoying. The foam padding is not particularly soft, but the shape is superior to regular crutches. The handles are comfortable but the screw joint sticks out uncomfortably and often rubs or catches on my hips with close motion (I’m not overweight and don’t have particularly wide hips, but maybe they’re not designed for women?). If you’re buying locally then they’re a good crutch (and I love the hybrid model between traditional and forearm), but they’re not worth the price if you have to pay for currency exchange and shipping costs.

My order arrived. Thanks I have been a customer for many years.

  17. Ruth Brann (verified owner)

Awesome Product Just had surgery for torn ACL and MCL and these crutches are absolutely the best. Most comfortable crutches I have ever used. I would recommend these to anyone needing crutches.

  18. Sue B (verified owner)

Great CrutchesI had rotator cuff surgery and find these crutches much more comfortable than traditional crutches. The spring assist takes a little time to get used to but I would never go back to regular crutches.

  19. jeremy r (verified owner)

Tips wore out in less than a week. I still give them four stars for being a superior crutch, but add another $40 for a set of durable tips. I’m 225lbs.

  20. Rob Beasant (verified owner)

Awesome forearm crutch. Great customer service These crutches are solid and the primary mode of mobility for my AKN daughter. The tips are good for about 5-6 months of daily use but the crutches last for about 5 years under very active daily use. Oz was super in trying to fix a shipment that was stuck in customs and very responsive.

  21. Dolores Durand (verified owner)

Thank you very much for sending me my crutch. Your company is wonderful. Thank you for everything. D. Durand

  22. Edward Hoover (verified owner)

Good. One issue mentioned below Works well overall. One problem: the screws fastening the wrist supports to the vertical tubular metal frames do not stay tightened, and threaten to become disconntected and thus destabilize the arm support. Any fix?

  23. CJ (verified owner)

Strong And Durable These crutches are a perfect fit for my height-(tall) and build-(200lbs.) plus. Just as advertised and the foldable capablity is just another benefit.

  24. Jeffrey Beining (verified owner)

best crutches I have found I am A/K amputee and use these crutches daily. I prefer the rigid lower post thou I understand that some may like the spring. Great company to work with, very personable and accommodating. Five stars

  25. RB (verified owner)

Comfortable Comfortable crutch compared to the typical style. Great that it folds up for driving

  26. James Halbach (verified owner)

You are my hero. I have only one leg and this has made the world of difference in getting around and my back and shoulders not hurting all the time.

  27. Greg McKinney (verified owner)

Poor quality control Looks like it was painted with cheap paint cans, bare metal is showing. Handle is loose and won’t tighten up. A lot of money for such a poor looking product.

Thanks for making my life bearable! I’m an amputee above the knee, and I had to stop using my prosthetic leg about 15 years ago. I was introduced to the Millennial underarm crutches with springs in the bottom for more than 10 years. It took a couple of days to get used to them, but after that, I have never considered going back to regular crutches — either wood or aluminum. Millennial crutches underarm padding and design works well. The special tilted hand grips are super — they take a lot of stress pressure off my wrists. In addition, the springs in the bottom take a lot of pressure off my arms and shoulders. The Millennial crutches are great and hold up for a long time. The springs usually wear through the grooves after a couple of years. Then I usually just order a couple more bottom segments of the crutches. I’ve always had good customer service, even though I’ve moved way out to Missouri! I’m constantly on the Millennial crutches, except when I’m in front of my computer. Thanks for making my life bearable!

Best crutches ever! I contracted Polio as a baby in 1949. I have used crutches all of the life that I can remember. Most crutches that you find in medical supply stores are made for short-term use; I can have them broken within a week. Several years ago I found the In-Motion crutches online and purchased a pair. Being an engineer, I made them more stable with bolts as my intent was to use them the rest of my life. I now have two pairs, a blue pair that I keep in my van and a gray pair that I use at home. At this point, if I’m not in a wheelchair then I must be on crutches. And I only trust the In-Motion crutches. Because the bottom piece moves, there is wear on the rivet. When that rivet breaks I usually replace it with a screw or bolt, but I’ve also ordered just the bottom pieces and that’s even easier. The hand grips on the original crutches that I purchased are better than the hand grips on crutches I’ve ordered later, so I replace the newer hand grips with the older ones. That is the only negative comment I have besides the need to stabilize the crutches better with bolts. In my opinion, these are the best crutches you can buy.
