Millennial Medical rents Optiflex K1 Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machines to patients recovering from knee replacement surgery in St. George, Cedar City, and Mesquite. We deliver the machine to your home, set it up, show you how to use it, and pick it up when you are done. We will check with your insurance to see if the rental is a covered expense. If not, you can rent the machine for $125 per week. We deliver the CPM, set it up, and pick it up at the end of the rental period all for no extra charge.
What Is a CPM Machine?
A Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machine is a motorized device that gently moves your knee through a controlled range of motion while you rest. It is commonly prescribed after knee replacement surgery, ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, and other knee procedures to help restore mobility, reduce stiffness, and support healing.
CPM therapy keeps the joint moving without requiring muscle effort — which means your knee gets the rehabilitative benefit of motion even in the hours immediately after surgery when active movement is not yet possible. Many orthopedic surgeons in southern Utah and the surrounding region prescribe CPM therapy as a standard part of post-operative recovery.

Unlike some equipment providers, we verify your benefits before delivery and bill your insurance directly so you only pay your copay or deductible, if any.
When you call to book, have your insurance card and your surgeon's information ready.
