In-Motion Mobility Ambassador Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the In-Motion Mobility Ambassador Program ("Program"), operated by Millennial Medical Equipment, LLC ("Company"). By signing up as an ambassador ("Participant"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Participation

  • Participants must register via the official Company website and receive a unique referral link.
  • Participants may share their referral link with friends, family, and others to encourage purchases of Company’s full-priced crutches from the official Company website.
  • Participants must live in the United States.  Participants that live outside of the United States are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Rewards

  • Upon the successful referral purchases of full-priced crutches, the Participant will receive a discount codes via the email address of record as outlined on the program description page on the Company website. The discount codes may be modified from time to time.
  • Rewards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance or until the Company ceases operations whichever occurs first.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for monetary compensation.

3. Restrictions on Referral Methods

  • Participants must not engage in spam practices, including sending unsolicited emails or messages containing their referral link or rewards.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s access to the Program if any violations of this policy occur.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Company provides the Program "as is" and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding its operation or continued availability.
  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to the loss of expected rewards due to business closure or program discontinuation.

5. Indemnification

  • By participating in the Program, the Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses related to their participation, including misuse of referral links or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Amendments & Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website.

By signing up and participating in the In-Motion Mobility Ambassador Program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
