The in-Motion Pro Forearm Crutches are engineered for comfortable, all-day mobility through longer recoveries, with patented spring-assist shock absorption, ergonomic left/right grips, and articulating tips that keep you steady on any surface.

Sizing Guide: Choose Short or Tall

Sold as a pair. Forearm crutch sizing is based on handle height, not overall body height. To confirm your fit, stand upright in the shoes you'll normally wear and measure from the floor to your hip, then pick your size:

  • Short (adults 4'2" to 5'5"): floor-to-hip measurement of 23.5" to 33.5", with the handle adjustable across 11 positions.
  • Tall (users 5'3" to 6'8"): floor-to-hip measurement of 28.5" to 42.5", with the handle adjustable across 15 positions.

Weight capacity: 350 lbs; each crutch weighs 1.8 lbs. This is the spring-assisted model. If you prefer a rigid post without springs, see our Rigid Post version.

Not Your Standard Forearm Crutch: Ergonomic Left/Right Grips and Two Cuff Sizes Included

Contoured left/right ergonomic hand grips are angled to keep your wrist in its natural position, reducing the nerve strain and wrist "kinking" that make traditional forearm crutches painful during long recovery periods. Every box includes two forearm cuff sizes (standard and large) so you get a secure, snug fit regardless of forearm size. The semi-closed cuff design provides more support than open-cuff models while still allowing easy entry and hands-free use.

Spring-Assist Technology: Firm, Controlled Energy Return With Every Step

The patented lower-post spring absorbs the shock of each step and returns that energy forward to reduce shoulder, elbow, and wrist fatigue throughout the day. The spring has a firm, controlled feel, not bouncy, and runs significantly quieter than traditional spring-loaded crutches. Most users adjust within the first day and find it dramatically reduces fatigue over longer recoveries.

Sure-Foot Articulating Tips: Stable on Any Surface

The articulating crutch tips pivot to maintain full contact with the ground regardless of angle, giving you confident footing on hardwood, carpet, grass, gravel, and uneven outdoor terrain. Unlike fixed rubber tips that tilt and slip, these maintain 75-100% surface contact at all times, working with the spring system to reduce the jarring impact that makes traditional forearm crutches exhausting during all-day use.

Lightweight at 1.8 lbs Each + 1-Year Warranty

Built with a reinforced cylinder bracket and double-reinforced strut for heavy-duty durability at 350 lbs capacity, without the bulk. At just 1.8 lbs per crutch, these are engineered for users who need all-day reliability without added weight. Backed by a 1-year parts and replacement warranty. Developed through 34 clinical studies and trusted by physical therapists and professional athletes worldwide.
