How Crutches Gave Me My Mobility and Fitness Back "I’ve had these crutches for a little over a week, I really like them. I have a neurological condition and. have been a cane/walker user. My independence felt pretty limited and I really wanted to try to get out and enjoy my life more. After doing some research on mobility options, I decided to try forearm crutches. I heard about the Millennial Medical set with spring assist in an online forum, and it piqued my interest. I was nervous about ordering, but after speaking with Clint, one of the owners, he answered everything and my mind was at ease. I ordered the crutches and received them within two days. First time out I hiked a trail that would’ve never been possible with my previous mobility aids. I had people stopping and asking me about my crutches. I am now planning to find other local trails that I can try. These have given me freedoms that I didn’t think I would have again. I highly recommend if you’re on the fence about crutches, to reach out and talk to Millennial, they’re a wealth of knowledge and I hope others also gain some independence and are able to navigate some terrain they may not have considered possible.
